Graded Natural Rubber.
Supplied in Bulk.
Three product families — RSS sheets, TSR blocks and crepe rubber — sourced from Kerala's rubber belt and tested before dispatch.

Product 01
Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS)
RSS 1RSS 3RSS 4
Ribbed Smoked Sheet is made from fresh field latex that is coagulated, rolled into ribbed sheets, then dried and smoked. The smoking gives RSS its characteristic amber-brown colour and protects it against mould during storage and shipping. It is graded visually, so every sheet is inspected for clarity, colour and surface defects.
| Parameter | Target |
|---|---|
| Moisture | ≤ 0.8% |
| Dirt | ≤ 0.05% |
| Ash | ≤ 0.6% |
Grade guide
- RSS 1 — the cleanest, most uniform grade. Chosen where appearance and consistency matter most.
- RSS 3 — the everyday workhorse grade, balancing quality and cost for general manufacturing.
- RSS 4 — an economical grade for products where minor surface variation is acceptable.
Typical applications
- Tyres and tubes
- Rubber bands, hoses and belts
- Gaskets, seals and moulded goods
- Footwear and general mechanical goods

Product 02
Technically Specified Rubber (TSR)
TSR 10TSR 20
TSR is processed into compact blocks and classified by measured laboratory values — dirt, ash, nitrogen, volatile matter and plasticity retention — rather than by appearance. That makes it the preferred choice for manufacturers who need predictable, repeatable behaviour from batch to batch.
| Parameter | TSR 10 | TSR 20 |
|---|---|---|
| Dirt retained on 44 µm sieve | ≤ 0.10% | ≤ 0.20% |
| Ash | ≤ 0.75% | ≤ 1.00% |
| Nitrogen | ≤ 0.6% | ≤ 0.6% |
| Volatile matter | ≤ 0.8% | ≤ 0.8% |
| Plasticity retention index (PRI), min | 50 | 40 |
Limits shown are the standard ISNR classification values for these grades.
Typical applications
- Passenger and commercial vehicle tyres
- Industrial components and anti-vibration mounts
- Conveyor belts and hoses
- Engineered rubber goods

Product 03
Crepe Rubber
Pale CrepeBrown Crepe
Crepe rubber is milled into thin, textured sheets and air-dried, with no smoking. Pale crepe is made from carefully selected, bleached field latex and is valued for its light colour and high purity. Brown crepe is a darker, more economical grade used where colour is not critical.
| Attribute | Pale Crepe | Brown Crepe |
|---|---|---|
| Colour | Pale to light amber | Medium to dark brown |
| Purity | High | Standard |
| Form | Sheet | Sheet |
Typical applications
- Footwear soles and uppers
- Adhesives and solutions
- Light-coloured and speciality rubber goods
- Surgical and hygiene products (pale crepe)

Questions
Frequently Asked
How do I place an enquiry?
Use the Contact page to send your grade, monthly volume and delivery location. We reply within 24 hours with availability and a quotation.
Do you supply in bulk?
Yes. We supply large volumes to industrial manufacturers and maintain buffer stock and forward procurement so supply stays steady through seasonal changes in latex yield.
Is the rubber tested before dispatch?
Every consignment is tested for moisture content, dirt content, ash percentage and tensile properties before it leaves our facility.
Is your rubber 100% natural?
Yes. All products are natural rubber sourced directly from plantations — traceable to source, with no synthetic blends and no adulteration.
Which grade should I choose?
Choose RSS when visual grading and a proven general-purpose material suit your process, TSR when you need tightly specified laboratory values (for example tyres), and crepe for light-coloured or speciality products. If you're unsure, tell us your application and we'll recommend a grade.
Can I request a trial consignment?
Whether you need a trial consignment or a long-term supply agreement, we're ready to discuss your requirements — just mention it in your enquiry.
